Payouts

How and when you receive money from Keeal.

Payout schedule

  • Earnings from successful payments are grouped into settlements.
  • Once a settlement is cleared, it becomes a payout.
  • Payouts are sent to your connected payout method (e.g. bank account) according to your account’s payout schedule.

Setting up your payout method

  1. Go to Settings → Payout method.
  2. Add your bank account (or other supported method).
  3. Complete any verification steps required by the platform.

Settlement vs payout

  • Settlement – A batch of your earnings (e.g. from a time window or threshold).
  • Payout – The actual transfer to your bank; created from a cleared settlement after fees and any adjustments (e.g. refunds, disputes).

Viewing payouts

  • Payouts in the sidebar shows all payouts and their status: pending, paid, or failed.
  • Click a payout to see the linked settlement, amount, and date.

Troubleshooting

  • Delayed payout – Check that your payout method is verified and that the settlement has been cleared.
  • Failed payout – Ensure bank details are correct; update them in Settings → Payout method if needed.
