Invoices

Create, send, and manage invoices from your Keeal dashboard.

Creating an invoice

  1. Go to Invoices in the sidebar, then Create Invoice (or Invoices → New).
  2. Enter client details – name, email, and optional address.
  3. Add line items – description, quantity, unit price, and optional tax.
  4. Set due date and any notes or terms.
  5. Choose a design/template if you use custom branding.
  6. Click Save or Send – you can send the invoice by email or share the view link.

Invoice statuses

StatusMeaning
DraftNot sent; you can edit.
SentSent to the client; awaiting payment.
PaidPayment received.
OverduePast due date and not paid.
CancelledInvoice cancelled.

Editing and templates

  • Edit – From the invoice list or detail page, use Edit to change draft or sent invoices (depending on your settings).
  • Templates – Save time by using My Templates to reuse line items and branding.
