Invoices
Create, send, and manage invoices from your Keeal dashboard.
Creating an invoice
- Go to Invoices in the sidebar, then Create Invoice (or Invoices → New).
- Enter client details – name, email, and optional address.
- Add line items – description, quantity, unit price, and optional tax.
- Set due date and any notes or terms.
- Choose a design/template if you use custom branding.
- Click Save or Send – you can send the invoice by email or share the view link.
Invoice statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not sent; you can edit. |
| Sent | Sent to the client; awaiting payment. |
| Paid | Payment received. |
| Overdue | Past due date and not paid. |
| Cancelled | Invoice cancelled. |
Editing and templates
- Edit – From the invoice list or detail page, use Edit to change draft or sent invoices (depending on your settings).
- Templates – Save time by using My Templates to reuse line items and branding.
