Dashboard

Your dashboard is the main screen you see after signing in. It shows your overview, alerts, and quick access to the rest of your account. This page explains every part of it so you know what you’re looking at and what to do.

What the dashboard is for

  • See your status at a glance – Earnings, payouts, and performance.
  • Spot what needs action – Incomplete onboarding, verification, documents, or tax forms.
  • Get to the right place – Links to Invoices, Payment links, Transactions, Earnings, Payouts, and Settings.

What you’ll see on the dashboard

Top: Alerts and prompts

“Complete onboarding” or “Finish setup”

  • What it means: Your account isn’t fully set up yet. You need to finish onboarding (personal details, identity verification, payout method) before you can receive payouts.
  • What to do: Click the prompt and follow the steps. See Onboarding & verification for a full walkthrough.

“Verify your email” or “Verify your phone”

  • What it means: We need to confirm your email or phone. Until then, some features or payouts may be limited.
  • What to do: Check your inbox or phone for our link or code, and enter it where the dashboard asks. If you didn’t get it, use Resend and check spam.

“Action required” or “Document requested”

  • What it means: We need more information or a document (e.g. proof of address, updated ID).
  • What to do: Click the alert to see exactly what’s needed, then upload or submit it in the place we point you to (e.g. Onboarding, Settings, or a Documents section).

“W‑8BEN required” or “Tax form required”

  • What it means: If you’re a non–US person receiving US-source income, we may need a W‑8BEN (or similar) form for tax compliance.
  • What to do: Open the form from the dashboard, fill it out, and submit it. See Verification & compliance for more.

Overview / summary cards

You’ll see cards or blocks with numbers. Typical ones:

Earnings (or “Available” / “Pending”)

  • What it means: Money from successful payments that’s in your account but not yet paid out to your bank. It may be “pending” (in a settlement not yet cleared) or “available” (ready to be paid out).
  • What to do: Nothing unless you’re checking that the number looks right. To see the detail, go to Earnings and Payouts.

Payouts (or “Paid out”)

  • What it means: Total (or recent) amount we’ve sent to your bank (or other payout method).
  • What to do: Use this to confirm we’re paying you. For full history, go to Payouts in the sidebar.

Performance (e.g. success rate, average transaction)

  • What it means: Summary of your payment activity (e.g. % of payments that succeeded, average payment size). Helps you see how your account is doing.
  • What to do: No action needed unless you’re reviewing performance. For individual payments, use Transactions.

Today (or “Recent activity”)

  • What it means: What happened today (or recently): e.g. payments received, payouts sent.
  • What to do: Use it to confirm today’s activity. For full history, use Transactions and Payouts.

The dashboard often has buttons or links like:

  • Create invoice – Takes you to create a new invoice. See Invoices.
  • Create payment link – Takes you to create a new payment link. See Payment links.
  • View transactions – Takes you to the full list of payments. See Transactions.
  • View earnings – Takes you to earnings and settlements. See Earnings.
  • View payouts – Takes you to payout history. See Payouts.
  • Settings – Takes you to profile, payout method, security, notifications. See Settings.
